Friday.

I get to see my son tomorrow - yippee! I think. It's going to be wierd. I think. Maybe it won't be. We'll see.

The big news story in my world today is the discovery by scientists in the US and France that the Universe maybe finite, and shaped like a Dodecahedron.

Anyone who has ever studied Sacred Geometry will go 'Well, Duh!'. The concept of the Universe being shaped like a twelve sided dice is not a new one. The Dodecahedron is one of the five Platonic Solids: The pyramid (4 sided), cube, the ocathedron (8 sided), isocahedron (20 sides) and the duodecahedron (12 sides). The first five represent the four elements, the fifth the Universe, Spirit, Cosmos. So Plato and his ilk already knew what we are just now learning.

So what does this all mean? Well, these shapes will be eerily familiar to anyone who has ever played a dice based roll playing game.

Einstein once said 'God does not play dice with the Universe.'. Looks like he might have been wrong. The shape of our Universe and its fundamental structures suggests that God is a mean Dungeons and Dragons player...

Have a great weekend!
