Christmas. Sorted!Christmas. Sorted!

2003-12-25 - 8:03 p.m.
Christmas Evening.

R's parents have been and gone. We had roast beef and yorkshire pudding, grren bean casserole, sweet potatoes (yeck) and mashed potatoes, cherry pie, apple pie, chocolate pie and various other pies (no Cheesecake, Boxx :>)

We watched Pirates of the Carribean and 28 days later, two of the five videos we acquired. I got elbow and knee pads for my bike (which I got at a garage sale for $25). R bought me an awesome sports jacket which I desperately needed, and a new dressing gown. J. got a Gamecube, K. got a Drum pad kit thing, and R. got various bits and pieces she wanted, include the Sim Makin' Magic.

It was a good Christmas. We didn't have much money, but we enjoyed it anyway. So what does that say about the commercialism of Christmas?

Since we celebrate Yule also, we get two special days where presents get exchanged. We don't do Channukah though, so we don't get 8 crazy nights. Although I wouldn't mind a crazy night tonight. I think R. is still on her flow though, so that may not happen.

Not much more to add. R is flipping through channels, J. is looking for Zelda cheat codes, and K. is drummin' away. So for now, the rest is silence...
