I don't give a rat's ass what problems you have had in your life, how much of a troubled teen you are. I really don't give a shit.

You are broken. You are a liability. You should die. Quickly, painlessly by all means. But you should be removed from the planet as swiftly as possible. You are using up resources that are needed by people who may actually make the world a better place.

And while we're on the subject, the maximum time anyone should spend in prison is 5 years. If you did anything that warrants you being out of society for longer than that, then its chair time. Plain and simple. I don't want you going into prison with a Bachelor's degree in petty thuggery and coming out with a Masters in violent crime.

So fry 'em. That goes for me too. If I get put away for more than five years, I would want to get zapped. What would be the point of ever trying to rejoin society.

Yeah, maybe a few innocent people would die in the process. But who is truly innocent? And anyway, on balance, we would be better off. The crime rate would go down, that's for damn sure. Not a whole lot of recidivism. People what get strapped into Old Sparky have a tendency to Not Do It Again.

Take the money we save on Storing Assholes and put it into education, so that we can build kids that are smarter than us - not dumber. Smart people tend to not do so much crime. And they generally know better than to torture innocent puppies.

Finally, I want Executions televised. If we are going to do this stuff, we need to accept responsibility for it, and face up to it. Maybe it will encourage us to find ways to stop people wanting to commit crimes in the first place.
