I have no doubt she will cop an insanity plea.

I do not want someone who cuts the arms
off babies being hospitalized, treated and released back into society.

I want them hospitalized, killed and released back into the Earth.

Anyone that sick has too damn far to go to get back to center and needs to be removed from the gene pool. It's not punishment, it's just the right thing to do.
