I had been smoking those herbal cigs, but R. took the last one with her yesterday, and we have bought no more, so yesterday I smoked nothing at all.

It was a pretty brutal day in some ways - I was eating constantly. But I also bought some TrimSpa so hopefully that will reduce the food intake, which is at a pretty high level right now.

I am at work today, and this will be the first day without smoke breaks - its gonna be a looong morning...
