21st of March will be the spring equinox, and the sabbat of Ostara, which is sacred to the Goddess Eostre, from whence comes Easter.

It is a time of renewal and fertility as the world wakes from the cold night of winter and begins to grow. Symbols of Ostara include fertility symbols such as eggs and rabbits, as well as signs of spring like flowers. Colors include pastels as well as white.

Witchschool has a cool class on Magical Cooking which you should take a look at if you get a chance. The class includes recipes for all the Sabbats, and being a Quiche nut, I am looking forward to making this one for Ostara:

*** Broccoli Quiche ***

This dish combines a green vegetable and eggs in an entre good enough that some people that dont like vegetables like it!

Ingredients:
 9-inch unbaked pie shell
 1 cup fresh broccoli
 1 cup shredded cheddar
  cup finely chopped onion
 2 eggs
 1 cup milk
  tsp salt
  tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 425 .

Sprinkle broccoli, cheese, and onion into the pie shell. Beat eggs slightly, and beat in the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 300 and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the quiche stand 10 minutes before cutting.

I'll let you know how it goes. Sign up for yourself to take the class at http://www.witchschool.com
