Hurricane Rita is not repeat NOT going to be a rerun of Katrina. It is NOT going to kill a bunch of people in New Orleans because most of them have left already.

It is NOT going to kill a bunch of people along the coast because, and I want to be absolutely clear on this, IT IS GOING TO DOWNGRADE RAPIDLY OVER THE NEXT 12 HOURS.

So quit buying up all the gas, quit panicking and hoarding a weeks worth of crap that you wouldn't eat in a year of normality.
